We kindly request you show up on time for your reservation. There is a 7 minute late grace period. Please let us know if you will be late, if we are unable to accommodate you then the reservation will be cancelled and you may have to reschedule to a different time or date.
We understand if you need to move your reservation time or date. If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please notify us within 6 hours via text, email, or by going on deluxewaxstudio.glossgenius.com
Guests who no show, cancel, or reschedule with less than 6 hours notice will be required to pay 25% of services booked. This must be paid before booking other services in the future. This fee is non-refundable or transferable.
The 25% can be paid via Zelle - firstname.lastname@example.org or by the card on file via glossgenius.
We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking for deluxe services. This deposit is non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule your reservation, please contact us directly. You are allowed to reschedule your reservation once, within the appropriate timeframe, using the same deposit. We will be happy to assist you in finding a new suitable time slot, within the (90 days) time frame and your existing deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled reservation.
Please note that cancellations made within the 6-hour window or failure to show up for the scheduled reservation will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
We welcome children (max 2) who are able to sit still during your reservation. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the suite. Please be mindful of other guests who may be sensitive to noise and keep children quiet and calm during the reservation. Children are not permitted to touch or play with any equipment or products in the suite.
Please bring exact change to your reservation if paying in cash.
We accept Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, Union pay, Apple pay, Google pay and Zelle. Payment is to be made in full upon completion of all services.
