 Please read the policies below.  

We truly appreciate your cooperation with our spa policies; they are necessary for protecting our business, time and ensuring the best possible experience for you.  

Thank you for choosing Deluxe Wax Studio.

Booking Policy

 To secure your reservation for our services, we kindly request a 25% deposit, which is credited towards your booking. Please be aware that this deposit is non-refundable. 

  

• If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, you forfeit the deposit, and a new one is required to book again.


• If you cancel with more than 12 hours notice, you will be able to use the deposit towards your next reservation.


Late Policy

We kindly request that you show up on time for your reservation. There is a 7-minute late grace period. 


• By 8 minutes past the appointment time, it will be cancelled. Please let us know if you will be late. 


• If we are unable to accommodate you, then the reservation will be cancelled, you will forfeit your deposit, and you will have to reschedule to a different date. 

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy

We understand if you need to move your reservation time or date. However, if you need to cancel, reschedule or modify your reservation, PLEASE GIVE US 12 HOURS NOTICE 

via text,  (630-492-0890) email, or by going on deluxewaxstudio.glossgenius.com


•  SAME DAY CANCELATIONS WILL LOOSE THEIR 25% DEPOSIT

IF YOU DID NOT SUBMIT A DEPOST: ZELLE THE CANCELATION FEE TO BE ABLE TO REBOOK.

( for example: a $60 service canceled on the same day would be subject to a $15 cancellation fee. ) 


MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS 

Or you will be blocked from booking future appointments.


• This includes taking off services, if you know you will not need all the services you have booked, please notify us within the 12-hour time frame.


 • If you reschedule on Glossgenius, your deposit will automatically transfer over. (if canceled before the 12-hour mark.)   


Child and Extra Guests Policy

We have room for 2 extra guests, who are able to sit still during your reservation.


• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the studio


• Please keep children quiet and calm during the reservation to be mindful of other guests, and refrain from letting them touch any equipment or products in the suite. 

Payment Policy

Even if you are paying in cash, a 25% deposit is required and goes towards the reservation. Please bring exact change if you are paying in cash. 


• We accept Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, Union pay, Apple pay, Google pay and Zelle. Payment is to be made in full upon completion of all services. 


• Please be advised that all sales are final on deposits, gift cards, services and products.
