To secure your reservation for our services, we kindly request a 25% booking fee, which is credited towards your booking. Please be aware that this deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, you forfeit the deposit, and a new one is required to book again.
If you cancel with more than 12 hours notice, you will be able to use the deposit towards your next reservation.
• If you reschedule on Glossgenius, your deposit will automatically transfer over. If you cancel your reservation on Glossgenius, you will be required to submit another deposit to book again. Both deposits submitted will be honored and go towards your service if canceled before the 12-hour mark.
We kindly request that you show up on time for your reservation. There is a 7-minute late grace period.
• By 8 minutes past the appointment time, it will be cancelled. Please let us know if you will be late.
• If we are unable to accommodate you, then the reservation will be cancelled, you will forfeit your booking fee, and you will have to reschedule to a different date.
We understand if you need to move your reservation time or date. However, if you need to cancel, reschedule or modify your reservation, please notify us within 12 hours via text, email, or by going on deluxewaxstudio.glossgenius.com
• This includes taking off services, if you know you will not need all the services you have booked, please notify us within the 12-hour time frame.
• Guests who no show, cancel, or reschedule with less than 12 hours notice will forfiet their 25% booking fee.
We have room for 2 extra guests, who are able to sit still during your reservation.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the studio
• Please keep children quiet and calm during the reservation to be mindful of other guests, and refrain from letting them touch any equipment or products in the suite.
Even if you are paying in cash, a 25% booking fee is required and goes towards the reservation. Please bring exact change if you are paying in cash.
• We accept Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, Union pay, Apple pay, Google pay and Zelle. Payment is to be made in full upon completion of all services.
• Please be advised that all sales are final on booking-fees, services and products.
